Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007
If you are to consider this apartment as your future residence, be very careful. I lived there for six years and provided the mandatory 60 day move out notification September of 2007. I just received a letter from a collection agency Attorney demanding over $2700.00 for monies due. I was never late on one payment and now it appears the "Management" does not comply with their own contract.
I would advise you to choose another complex as your first, second and third choice. The ownership of the apartments changed hands 3 times while I was there.
