I have lived here since April of 2008. My maintenance requests are always taken care of and in a timely manner. The grounds look great. The Swimming pools are much better since the new management team came in several months ago. Parking is better now that they are getting rid of people's non-running cars and not allowing just everyone to park under covered parking without paying. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apt complex. I am not an employee here and nor have I ever been an employee for any apt complex.
