Archstone Legacy became Legacy apartments and then the problem started.
Maintenance is not good, the repair men are never available. And there
is a lot of water leakage around the community. Our backyard was dug
for water repair, but they never cleared the place of the garbage that
accumulated there and as a result we have not been able to use our back
porch at all. The state of things have gone from good to horrible because
of the new management. Also, neighbors have become very rowdy and noisy.
The office staff are not cordial. Earlier they used to be. They are rude
and insincere in that they never complete a maintenance request.

This is the Gospel Truth! The Management is the WORST of the WORST.... Don't waste your hard earned money for a fifth rate apartment at the price of a very nice apartment. Go north on Custer to The Mansions. Very nice and same price for a NEWER, CLEANER LESS Trailer Trash. If you are used to living in a trailer park, this is the place for you.
