THE REVIEWS ARE VERY REAL. I LIVED, EXISTED, HERE FOR 7 YEARS. IT WAS GOOD FOR THE FIRST FOUR. THE PROPERTY SOLD AND AFTER NEW "MANAGEMENT", JOKE TO SAY THE LEAST, TOOK OVER THE RENT WENT UP AND THE SERVICE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!

THE "MANAGEMENT" ARE THE WORST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. DON'T MOVE INTO THIS MESS. TAKE YOUR MONEY TWO BLOCKS NORTH TO THE MANSIONS AND FIND AN APARTMENT HOME.

I AM FILING A LAW SUIT TO REMOVE NEGATIVE INFORMATION THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS HAVE PLACED ON MY CREDIT REPORTS, AS THEY ARE CLAIMING I DID NOT PROVIDE 60 DAY NOTICE TO NOT RENEW MY LEASE. I DID PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION AND THE "MANAGEMENT" CHOSE NOT TO HONOR THE NOTICE.

I've seen your reviews several times in the past. First, you said you had lived at Legacy for five years before moving out, then you said you lived there six years (see previous review dated 07/07/07 titled "Beware!!!!!"), now you are saying you used to live there for seven years before moving out. Which is it? Also, you recommend moving to The Mansions and you even state they are only two blocks north on Custer. The closest Mansions to Plano, are the ones located in McKinney, Texas which is alot further than two blocks north. The Mansions are approximately 10-15 MILES north, not two blocks. All these inaccuracies makes it hard for anyone to believe you. By the way, please let us know the outcome of your lawsuit.

I love how the management feel the need to spend their time patrolling these ratings websites as apposed to ACTUALLY DOING THEIR JOBS!!!!! We tenants wonder what they do all day; well we now know! lol
