I have lived here for years and am finally moving out due to the following reasons:
Police raided a drug dealer. There are many more living here.
Office Staff is BEYOND rude, they ignore your requests, don't get things fixed, and basically are condescending and don't care.
The water is constantly getting turned off and there are severe plumbing problems.
Corporate Office ignores phone calls as well and doesn't care about community problems.
The Health Inspector deemed the pools unsafe recently but they are still open.
The new manager Shani is fake, and talks to other residents about other tenants behind their backs. Or she talks about her Yorkie non-stop.
Horrible ant problems all over the apartment, but the office says it is up to tenants to keep space clean. DuH! Have ants for almost 1 year and nothing done!

Lol! Shani is TOTALLY fake! I have the ant problem too..but they haven't blamed it on me, YET I'll have my respose ready for that one when it inevitably comes! I have a baby and them turning the water off basically shuts off my ability to care for him. I'd like to know where you're moving to so I can follow suit!
