Ive been here about 4 months and its wonderful! The Townhomes are gorgess and the property always looks great. The staff in the office was very helpful when I moved here with helping me to find schools and shopping locations and other things we needed. The location is wonderful, schools are excellent and the neighbors are very pleasant. My husband loves the way the grounds are always kept looking freshly groomed and always clean of trash. Ive read the other replys and I dont understand the complaint of noise at all. Its very quiet here. If you live in an apt then you have to be willing to accept some noise from neighbors, but we dont have a problem at all. Its like living in a regular house, very roomy and spacious. The view to downtown Dallas is beautiful, on a clear day. The maintenence men are great too, they fix what problems you have right away and always ask if there is anything else I would like to have done. They are very nice and courteous to us everytime we see them outside. One of them even helped us move some of our furniture in our apt!!! I can see parking being a problem if you have alot of guests, but we are new to the area and dont know many people so it isnt a problem for us. We love it here and already plan to renew our lease next year. A nice friendly place to live!
