by looking at the other people on the sight i have had very little issues to compare to them i have had ant issues but i have always had the maintenance staff take care of them for me i havent lived at any community that hasnt had parking issues or ant issues. that is life as far the managememt taking care of any thing i have ever turned in for work orders most all work orders i have ever turned in has been completed very promptly they clean up after themselves and are very friendly. and always ask if there is anything else they can do. as far as the parking there are problems on occasion but i dont think anything can be done about it. I love it here every community has one problem or another but i really believe they do an excellent job in taking care of this property.
