I'm not a resident, but my sister-in-law lives here and she is not happy as a resident nor are we as visitors, for many reasons:
1. There are never any parking spots available from 5pm through 8am. Not for visitors, not for residents, unless you pay a whole lot extra for the garage. We never want to visit because we can never find parking!
2. The management is really rude and doesn't help unless you ask more than once. Also threatening to escalate this to corporate sometimes gets them on their feet, but then they're even more rude later.
3. The gate doesn't work sometimes. We know the code to get in, but sometimes the machine is broken, and the only way to get in is by waiting for a resident to drive by who has a gate opener remote.
She's only lived there for one month, so we have no idea what's up next.
My advice: try to buy a place instead of renting so you don't have to deal with management like this, or try renting a house. If you must rent an apartment, remember that it's going to be a headache.
