It used to be a nice place until Archstone took over and it all went downhill.
Personnel here has 2 categories, either new and have no idea whats going on or very rude and disrespectful and will try to stiff you with a coin or two. Maintenance is semi-decent, they do fix things within a few days but usually they make it worse than it was before, if you do decide to stay here, well, good luck! But try to avoid...

My name is Ken, and I'm in 1528. I've had 20 maintenence requests since I've moved in, all of them were initial move in repairs and were -all- fixed the next day. I also submitted these maintenence requests online. Both of the maintenence guys are amazing, I know one of them is named Anthony, and is fantastic, and the other is a Latino guy thats constantly smiling and in a good mood, always has a hello for you. My only complaint is that they only allow Grande to do internet, and those guys are ----. Otherwise, fantastic management and maintenence, as well as a great area.
