The complex is peaceful and the neighbors are actually nice. Most tenants clean up after their pets and all the dogs are leashed when outside. The managements is always super nice and maintainance gets the job done. Landscaping is clean and colorful. Since I've been in the Dallas area this is by FAR the best complex.
