Not that great

I lived at Ashley Park for 6 months in 2004-2005. I just moved out a couple months ago and I am glad that I did.
The townhome concept is nice, but the buildings nead a major overhaul and many improvements. Gutters falling everywere, siding that looks like it hasn't been properly painted in 10 years. If they kept the buildings in better shape, this place would be a lot nicer.
That being said, I didn't completely hate my stay there, I just wasn't completely satisfied.
The grounds were extremely nice, lush landscaping, huge trees. The staff is pleasant to deal with, but awfully slow in doing what you asked them to. I moved out 2 months ago and am still waiting for them to get my deposit back to me.
The neighborhood is a bit shady as well. It's on the east side of 75 in Plano. Riff-raff all over the place. On the day I moved out, I saw a street bum walking into the propery grounds and head straight for the dumpsters...not terribly safe for the kids people.
The free covered parking was nice, the place was super quiet, and the floorplans were huge, it's just not what it could be.
If this place were in West Plano, Frisco, or Grapevine/Southlake, the buildings spiffed up, and the riff-raff gone, it would be for me. But it's not, so I am gone.
