The townhomes are very affordable but I would rather pay a little more...you get what you pay for. The appliances are old and the upkeep of the apartment is not very good. I had several things wrong with the apartment and although the staff is very nice, they are also very slow. If you don't mind having old, unreliable things then this would be fine for you. Not for me.
