The neighborhood is going downhill fast. Way too much riff-raff and vagrants walking around.

Water bills are outrageous. Mine never got below $30 bucks. I think they charge you for the sprinkler system. Where I live now, in Flower Mound, my water bill is $10 for July.

Old appliances in bad need of updating.

The staff is extremely nice, but the previous review was right in saying that it is often slow.
