We have had a less than desirable experience - our high hopes were dashed! We thought that this would be a wonderful place for us; however, after numerous leaks (roof, A/C, faucet) and extremely slow or, sometimes, no response from maintenance, we have reluctantly soured on this wonderful community. Paula and Julia (Office Staff) are nice people but, they seem to not answer calls or check phone messages left by tenants. It took nearly 18 months to address our roof leak (it still leaks on multiple rainy days), our A/C needs to be replaced but there seems to be no real effort to replace it, and our faucet, after "being fixed" is worse now than before it was fixed. I really, really like the apartment, the community, and the staff (the maintenance guys, though slow, are really nice) but, I am afraid that we can no longer tolerate the lax response to our 'major' repair issues. As mentioned by the other posts - the appliances are "early to mid 80's in style".
