This was a wonderful and peaceful complex when I first got here. After 3 months it went to hell! New neighbors blast music and tv all hours and the office refuses to do anything about it. Some people walk across the complex to let their dogs use the bathroom so they don't have to pick it up. Office ignores that too. Office will NOT return phone calls and maintenance is a JOKE!!!! The "head" of maintenance would rather flirt than actually do his job. Everything that has been fixed has been done by me.

If you enjoy listening to other people's music and tv you'll love it here. There's also some shady creepy guys who are always walking about, but they live here so they have rights too!!! It's a wonderful family place!!! If you actually do get the office to listen to the complaint be ready for the neighbors to know who lodged the complaint. The person who talks to the "problem" will tell them who complained on them. Good luck to those who are stuck here... me included.

If I wanted to live in the ghetto I could have moved there and saved on rent to begin with.
