I almost rented an apartment there, but decided to check the place out more before I signed on the dotted line.

After reading some of the reviews, I thought is would be a good idea to have a look at the place after hours and on the weekend, so my girlfriend and I spoke with several residents and drove through several times, which wasn't hard, since you can just follow someone through the gate.

The residents that we spoke with said that they don't plan to renew their leases, due to the fact that the neighborhood is going down hill and that low class people have been allowed to move in, ruining the neighborhood for the decent people that live there.

One young lady said that her car has been broken into, maintenance is terrible and the office staff couldn't care less about the tenants.

The lady in the office that I spoke to was being overly friendly, trying to get me to move in. She came across as completely fake, laughing at the smallest thing and acting like we have been friends for years, which really turned me off on the apartments, even before I read most of the reviews on this site.

Thanks to the people who posted their information here, because it saved us a lot of time, trouble and the expense of moving into what seems to be a very bad place to live.
