Please be cautitous when reading reviews on this website. Anyone can log on and make up an email address that does not exist and post over and over. Many of the negative reviews can be from competing properties and non-residents. There is absolutly no verification of email addresses or identity. Over the last four years we have had pages of wonderful reviews. Please take the time to read back from the beginning to see the true picture of the property. The staff has not changed in four years and we truly value the residents that live here. Please check the property reports through the city and you will see what a wonderful place this is. The staff would be happy to show you around and feel free to talk to existing residents. We have many who have been here over 15 years. I also encourage you to drive through whatever property you are considering moving to during the evening when the residents are home. We take pride in Ashley Park and are 100% commited to all the residents. Please feel free to email management with any questions or concerns.

This a on out and out lie! It may have been good once upon a time but not now! You can blame it on what ever you want to. But you people need to take responsibilty for your mistakes in allowing the wrong kind of people to move in.

HEY MANAGER! The people I've talked to you about 100 times have their music up so loud I can hear the words! You never do anything but want people to believe ALL of the other negative reviews are written by your rivals or people being evicted! How dare you lie to everyone who reads this site! You never do anything and you won't do anything today or this weekend or next week! This is total BS and I'm getting in touch with Lincoln Properties. I've had it!
