Let's be honest (not that anyone in these parts knows how, but let's try).

Ashley Park is going down the tubes. I'm not here to place blame but something needs to be done or ALL the quality residents will be gone within a year!!

I know apartment hunting can be a tedious thing and in this heat at some point you just wanna give up and take something when you see a smiling face.

Oh, Ashley definitely delivers when it comes to sales!! They can smile and tell you and show you all the wonderful qualities they want to dream up, but just know from an actual honest Texan (and yes, there are still a few good ones left) that this is not the place you want to be.

I am not the type to judge, but I am telling you that all that wonderful fluff that management wrote on this site is COMPLETELY fictitious!! Of course, management wants to discredit everything that has been written! They need to lease apartments!

Yes, there have been some good reviews and I wish I could write one, but that's just not going to happen because, and I concur with many of the recent reviews, THE NOISE LEVELS ARE INSANE, THE NEIGHBORS COULD NOT CARE LESS, PEOPLE WITH DOGS DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEM, IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET SOMETHING FIXED, AND LINCOLN PROPERTIES DOESN'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE STATE OF THIS COMPLEX!!!

Please understand, I really don't think the dwindling state of this complex is due to the current office staff but rather the owner, Lincoln Properties. If they really cared about the little people, they would let the mgmt and staff take the necessary steps to ensure the survival of this place. Obviously they instruct the staff to remain at the unacceptable status quo.

Also, be weary of all the LOVE IT reviews that are anonymous. I cannot know for sure, but I would bet the farm that those are merely a desperate plea from Lincoln Properties in an attempt to counteract all the actual, honest negative reviews.

Do what you will with this review, take it with a grain of salt if you like and then go ahead and move on in. But you will be sorry!!!!!
