I have lived at Ashley Park since fall of 1993 and here is my review.

Pros- My apartment is the cottage style not a townhome but there is no one above me and i share only one wall. it is very quiet. the grounds are beautiful with lots of colorful flowers and mature lanscaping. feels very safe im not sure what people are talking about i have never seen anyone strange walking around here and i walk my dog sometimes as late as midnight' the gates always work. the office is always friendly and i have never had a problem with maint as sam has always been very quick. this is the only place i have lived where it seems the staff knows every one on a first name basis which to me says alot. the rent has been very resonable and they dont raise it like crazy at renewal.

Cons- the appliances are older but do work. my microwave stopped working last year and it was replaced immediatly with a new one. it would also be nice if there was a fitness center and business center but i dont think there is room.
