First of all, this place only has 140 units, so there is no way in the world this many people are leaving positive reviews on this site.

Secondly, I know for a fact that one of the office staff, Paula, REGULARLY checks this site out. She even said so when I first moved in there over a year ago. So most of these positive reviews I can pretty much gurantee you are from the staff. Especially the ones like the one just left that gives it 5 stars, but absolutley no comments.

Thirdly, when I lived there, maintenance was absolutely horrible. It took at least 4 calls to the office, usually more, before I could get anyone to look at my apartment. I still had issues waiting to be fixed when I moved out that were called in at least 3 weeks prior.

Fourthly, expect utility bills to be outrageous. Close to $200 in the summer, and never ever expect your water bill to be lower than $50 bucks. Where I live now, it's about $10.

Fifthly, there is riff-raff all over the place. These are not luxury townhomes as they attempt to make you believe. They are in fact government assisted. Since the place was built (way back in 1985) with government funds, in most of the apartments, you have a ceiling on how much your salary can be to even be allowed to live there. When I lived there I was told that they had no more gate remotes and that I would have to use the keyped to enter. They said I would get a remote when someone moved out and turned theirs in. Guess what' I never got a remote the entire time I was there. Totally unacceptable that they would not go out and spend a few bucks of the rent we pay, to supply their tenants with access to their home.

Sixthly, the appliances are extremely out-dated, and they have no plans of replacing them anytime soon.

I have since moved out of this place because of the mis-representation of the staff, and low standard of living here. The buildings are in need of new roofs, siding and gutters desparately. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
