If you read many of these reviews, you will notice that every time a negative review is written, a positive one appears right after it within 1 to 2 days. That's because the staff...mainly Paula...reads this site every day and is posting these positive reviews.

The complex only has 140 units, so the number of reviews that this place has recieved doesn't add up, and believe me, the type of people that live in these government assisted living apartments are not the type to even own a computer.

I lived here for 6 months, and my experience was scary. The buildings are run down, in dire need of repair, maintenance is slower than all get out, and the neighborhood is going down hill fast. There is no trash pick up, and the water/utility bills are outrageous.

Stay away from Ashley Park.
