I've lived here for 3 years now. For the price they charge, what can you expect. I mean, it's EAST Plano, Not WEST Plano. So if you want to pay $1100 for a 2BR, go to another neighborhood. But for the price, this place is great! My rent has only increased $60 over a 3 year period and my repairs and such have been handled to my satisfaction. If you tell Sam you need something, it won't get done because he's busy running all the work orders, so report it to the office and they put it on the list and he gets to it. At least that's been my experience. When I ran into tough times, they were helpful in my paying late without eviction threats, which I appreciated very much during those lean times. The property is kept up nicely in terms of landscaping, but I would suggest they paint some trim on the buildings just to update the appearance, no biggy, though. The residents I've come in contact with are those that you would equate with the rent-range that we pay. I mean, if you want affluent, mercedes driving neighbors, EAST Plano is not where you will find that. So you decide if you want to live with us or them. I've read reviews that make this place sound HORRIBLE but I dont' agree.
