You know it's funny. The previous post says that there is a "negative" agenda, after reading a lot of these posts, I definitely think there is a "positive" agenda.

I used to live here, and while I was there, I had nothing but problems. Ant infestations, my disposal never worked and was never repaired, after several requests. My utility bills were way too high. There is no gym, no business office to use, no trash pick-up, and the appliances were from the 1980's.

If they updated the place a bit with a new clubhouse, new appliances, it would've been nice, but paying over $700 a month for a 1 bedroom and getting little for it in return is not a good thing.
