Oak Cliff comes to Plano

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
While the community has a very nice overall appearance from the outside, it has become abundantly clear that the management will allow anyone to move in.
The newest resident moved in on 06/30/2006 and within six hours, the Plano Police had to be called, when she and a group of friends decided to have a block party in the parking lot at 1:00 a.m.
By the amount of foot traffic that comes and goes from her apartment (at all hours of the day and night), it would appear that the apartment will be used more as a flop house and social club, rather than a residence.
Along with our newest resident comes an assortment of low-lifes who now apparently have 24 hour access through the locked gates and can be heard playing their bass thumping rap music from a block away.
The "Guests" wander aimlessly in and out of the apartment, loiter in the common areas and congregate in the parking lot, which looks like something straight out of a "Gang Banger" movie.
With that in mind, the management should expect the see much more of the Plano Police Department, now that they have decided to lease an apartment to someone who obviously has complete disregard for the community, city ordinances and the residents who are now forced to live adjacent to them.
If you have plans to shop for a new apartment, I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere, unless you are accustom to living in the ghetto's of Oak Cliff.
