I have been here 3 years and this new management just sucks. The Julia/Paul/Sam days are gone forever. My garbage disposal got stuck and wouldn't work. One of the so called maintenance guys came and got it unstuck. It sounds terrible, but he told me, It works. Any time I've asked for maintenance, nothing. I have to say it 3 or 4 times, while someone writes it down in front of me, and still, nothing. I never felt that way with the old crew. My lease is up in December and I'm gone. I just look around and nothing is as nice as it had been. The new management must not be paying much for the lawn maintenance they're getting, because the place looks awful. I've never been unhappy till now, but I am no longer loving it here.
