Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
After two years of living at Ashley Park, we have decided to break our lease and move as far away from East Plano as possible. The entire neighborhood has become saturated with ---------, wandering aimlessly around the grounds, looking for anything that isn't nailed down.
Last month, we had our new gas grill and a small metal table stolen off of our front porch. When we reported the incident to the management office, the young lady questioned - "What do you want us to do about it' Call the Police."
Our cars have been vandalized, broken into, along with our neighbors vehicles, items stolen, repairs not made in a timely manner, etc...
Ashley Park, at one time, was a very nice place to live, but has now become low income, government subsidized housing, which speaks for itself.
