I have been here three years and up until this new management has taken over it has become the projects. There has been more Plano police here than ever before. The manager and assist. mgrs. are unskilled, uneducated, and theives. The lastest is reported that the maintenance man has been checking the keys out in other employees names and making himself right at home. These are longer allegations they are facts. The manager shows apartments without your permission if you give your 30 day notice. The most horrific turn of events, tenants had paid their rent to Oct 1st. as for their lease was up at this time. The manager went in the unit, took the furniture, made repairs, installed new carpet and changed the locks. The point, the manager had no legal right to enter the unit because the unit was still under lease and rent was paid until Oct. 1st. The tenants had moved some furniture out in September and went on vacation, when they came back there was nothing there and they were knocked out. These were tenants who minded their on business. Even still, management broke the law. Plano's finest said there was nothing they could do.
