We've been living here for two years. Three ownership/management changes. Poor maintenance. An office staff and manager that are neither very smart nor very courteous. Apartments are in mediocre condition at best--bad paint, old appliances. Police and Fire Dept in and out of the community frequently. Management takes confrontational rather than helpful attitude towards tenants. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to rent.
