I went to Ashley Park Townhomes just to ask about pricing but the manager insisted that I look at the apartment. I was very surprised at the condition it really looked good. The outside always looks good when you go to look at an apartment but I have looked at a lot of apartments in the past month and I really liked the inside. The 2 main reasons that made me go back was the manager and the neighbor that was next door. The manager was so nice and the neighbor that I am going to have has been there for 11 years. I feel like if someone has been living in an apartment for 11 yrs then something has made them happy. So I am going to try it and if for nothing else actually talk to someone that wants you to move in that is nice instead of rude it is worth a try.
