I went to look at these townhouses today and I was shocked at what I was shown. I looked at the pictures that were posted online and 1/2 of them were updated and the other 1/2 were out of date, but not nearly as bad as the place we looked at. When I walked into the 2 bedroom townhouse it was NOTHING like the listing that I had seen. I've seen over 20 apartments/townhouses and these were absolutely the worst I've set foot into. The kitchen looked like it was from the 1970's and that look followed throughout the townhouse in all of the fixtures and counter tops. The door to the laundry room was folding accordion door that looked like it was made out of plastic and I could hear the neighbors talking from outside the townhouse! The grounds were not well kept either. The person showing me around did not really speak to me at all, I had to walk with her down a couple of buildings to see the townhouse and she did not say a word to me. She pointed out a few "features" of the townhouse while I was inside it, but did not ask anything else throughout the tour.
