I moved into Ashley Park Townhomes when my son was only 6 weeks old. He is now almost two. I will give you my oponion honestly and openly. I have two sides to Ashley Park Townhomes. This apartment complex HAS MANY good qualities. Since there are more one bedrooms then two bedrooms then the apartments are very queit. You can't expect complete silence at any apartment complex but this one has been the most quiet. I have really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors. Many are very, very nice and sweet. Managment is finally stable, and our new manager Lynn is very understanding, and EXTREMLY nice. She's great! I also have always felt safe living here. I still double bolt the door just because I have a young child, but I really have always felt safe living here. Also, the landscape is very nice. They always keep up the landscape.
Now Here are a few down points, but Ashley Park treated me great. My AC unit was out for a month. They first wanted to make every effort to try to fix it. After many failed attempts and managment was changing at the time my ac went out, it was just a fustrating time. Eventually though it did get fixed, and as a reward of not having AC or Heat Ashley Park townhomes gave me a HUGE discount that month. So even though I was without AC and Heat, they really took good care of me.
Overall, I think for the price you pay, these are good homes to live in. That is why I have lived here so long. Great place overall, very satisfied. Alittle pricey, but you get what you pay for. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
