We have been here for a year. We decided to move in here after checking reviews on this website, and we are very happy that we did that. It is very quiet. I hardly ever hear people talk, play music, or anything. Everyone is so respectful. I see young children outside sometimes, but I don't even hear their voice as they are so quiet. I have seen some old people, middle aged people, asian, hispanic and white residents out there. Everyone is very quiet and respectable. The apartment complex is tucked in ("NO OUTLET" area), so no-one passes the apartment unless they live here. So we have always felt very safe. Pest control measures are taken regularly so there are NO roaches or mice.That means a lot to me. Maintenance staff is on-site and always there to help. Wonderful place to live. Highly recommended.
