A completely hasslefree experience! I recommend it.

I lived at this apartment for over an year and a half. Though its a little older its still very nice and well-maintained. The property has some lovely greenery, creeks and golf-course-view apartments. It has a very unique design, unlike typical cookie-cutter designs of most modern apts, which gives it a unique character. Given all these nice features, its a great bargain for the money.

Best of all, I found the management to be very friendly and reasonable, unlike the "commercialism" that most new property management exudes.
