I've lived there about 7 months. For the entire time I've had this moldy ceiling above the master bathtub. The tub above mine is leaking and sometimes water pours into my bathroom. I've talked to the office about this at least a dozen times, and each time they say they'll send someone out that day. Someone has come out twice. Out of twelve complaints. They finally did fix the potholes by the front gate, but at least 6 months. Overall, it's okay, but I figure that if I pay rent they should provide the services that are promised in my lease. But they don't.
