Ok, here is the deal, when I moved in here, I thought that the rent was a bit high (2 bedroom, 2 bath, garage...$1005/month).
But, i thought that it would be ok, they said that th rent would not go up on renewal, adn it was a nice apartment and area, and a gated community.

we lived he for 3 months,a dn then found the upstairs neighbord throwing used condoms, yes...used condoms off of their balcony with little children (ages 3-7) living below them. the apartment managers would not do anything about it. so, after 4 months of compalining, i called the health department, then they had the peoplemove across the street.
Ever since then I have had nothing but grief from teh bimbos in the office. they will not fix anything, and are rude. I have asked them to fix the master tub for 1 month now...still NOTHING!!!!

I have a $60 water bill for a 2 bed apt. with 2 people!!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

I ahev had my car broken into, nothing!!! the security gate is always broken...NO SECURITY!!!! They say there is a security guard that ives here for emergencies when you move in...when I needed one, they said that none live here!

I was charged by another large resident, and the office does nothing. i ended up calling hte police, and then the office says that will write them a note...

AVOID THIS COMPLEX...IT MAY LOOK NICE, BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT FOR ALL OF THE HASSLES!!!!
I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS...JUST STAY AWAY, AND DON NOT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED!
