Apartment was not ready to have a new tenant when I moved in - I had to clean before I could move things in! Not painted thru out - just "spot painted" here and there. (That should have been a hint right there as they told me it was cleaned and painted) Assigned parking means nothing to most of the other tenants with more than one vehicle or if they have company. The "security officer" is never available to come and check out parking problems or the pending "emergency". Outside lights are often burned out and not replaced causing a safety hazard. The grounds surrounding the complex were not kept up as I had been told they would be - papers, soda cans, cigarette butts, beer bottles and caps/tabs laying all over the areas surrounding the buildings. Management could not be counted on to return calls when messages were left on the after-hours line. There are too many other REALLY nice apartment complexes to choose from - - do not be fooled into this one!
