This apartment's the worst!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Save yourself money and heartache and move elsewhere. Negatives: 1. Water bill - Attrociously high. I now live in an apartment with 2 other people and the total waterbill is never more than $25. At Avalon, with just me and with more than 7 - 10 das a month travel to other cities, bill was consistently above 30$ 2. Customer service staff: These people (including Shannon & Jennifer Martin and the apt manager) suck big time. They are rude, obnoxious, dishonest and racist. If you visit the community forthe first time, they will suck up but once you sign on the dotted line, they will cheat and lie every single time. 3. Maintenance: Absolutely no maintenance gets done unless you hound them. So dont even bother trying. 4. Noise: Nothing is done when you compain about loud music blaring etc. Positive: Golf course view in some apartment but the view is not worth going thro the heartburn they will give you.
