Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived there from 2003 to 2004 and enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the complex was beautiful.Its laid out right next to a really nice golf course. There were at times some pretty late night college parties at the main pool, altough I didn't mind, Im sure many did. I had no complaints and after renting form 5 diffrent places I still feel the Avalon was by far the niciest. Also, they were very pet friendly and pulled some strings for me so I could have my doberman live with me.
