I do not know what is going on with these other reviews....I have lived here for 6 weeks and I find it wonderful. The staff in the office are so nice and responded promptly to any concerns I have had. The apartment itself is wonderful...I love the layout, particulary the large oval tubs. I have no problems with noise, except what you would expect living on the bottom floor. A

I have lived here for 9 years (hard to believe! ... time flies). The first 5 years there were no water bills (we have gone through "several" changes in management since I moved in), then they starting charging. I do not use much water (i.e. the usual daily shower and a couple of loads of laundry on the weekend), and my water bill comes in at between $45 and $54 per month !!! Pretty darn high for one person. I have been told that they average it out by each building, which I do not think is fair as there are two families in my building. On the good side, the maintenance guys here are really nice and helpful.

Wow that is alot for a water bill! So two people 75 month or so, wow.
Or even $100 that's alittle too much. Other than that how do you like the apartments?
