I love the vaulted ceilings, it makes the apartment feel bigger. As for the office staff they are pretty nice. I like that these apartments have a view of the golf course.
If people don't like the noice of Alma and Legacy (very busy streets) why pick an apartment that's by them.
Other than that Avalon At Chase Oaks are not so bad.

(read the following in valley girl voice pls) Oh my gosh Heidi you are just so right... Why move into the noisy ones? We should all live over by the golf course and enjoy the view for sure! (end voice). The apts are clean, the neighborhood is very easy to get around in (most times), but the noise from Legacy/Alma is bad. Curtains help with the noise and there are also the white noise machines that don't cost very much. I lived there for almost a year on the Alma side and I am moving back in 2009, but pls don't act like the road noise isn't bad. Still love ya Avalon and miss you Mei Mei China!!!!
