THE STAFF IS DEFINITELY NOT CONSIDERATE NOR ASSISTING TO PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS. AS FOR EXISTING RESIDENTS, I ONCE LIVED THERE AND EITHER ONE OR THE OTHER HAPPEN, FOR INSTANCE, THEY ARE EITHER VERY NICE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO RENT, ONCE YOU'RE IN, ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE. THEY DON'T CARE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS FROM THAT POINT ON. AFTER ALL, YOU'RE BINDED BY A CONTRACT RIGHT' WHAT DO THEY CARE' OR, IF YOU CATCH THEM AT THEIR TRUE BEHAVIOR, YOU WILL SEE FROM THE BEGINNING THEY WON'T WORK WITH YOU TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. NOT GOING BACK AND DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING THEM!!

Let me tell you that I when there recently and there are a couple of ladies that are not nice, no even with future residents. One of the ladies new my mother (who is actually the one renting) cannot speak english and knowing spanish she did not talked to my mom I had to traslate. I know we speak english in the US but my mother is 60 years old and has just been here just for two years and she is trying to learn. I believe when they get hired a bilingual their employeer is expenting for them to be able to communicate in both languages.
