Lived here a few months and the noise and trash is ungodly. Only moved in because I was in a desperate situation trying to find housing, would not recommend this dump to my worst enemy. Neighbors are scum at best, and the management just flat doesn't care.

Could you take a few moments and give some examples? You rate the safety at a two but then don't tell us what the issue was. The whole neighbor comment also smacks of you just being dissatisfied with the apartment not that you actually knew any of your neighbors. I lived there and I recommend it the complex because while it is noisy on the street side it is still a bargain. The location is awesome. i have worked at Preston Hollow and in Frisco while living there and both were decent commutes. Please if you want to help the folks thinking about moving in, give them specific things to look out for not generalities and personal biases.

A lot of prostitution and drugs over there. I have seen several drug exchanges and management just turns a blind eye to it.
