I have experienced none of the negatives mentioned by others. Our apartment is newly updated and looks great. our rent is lower than it was in South Carolina (which is crazy when for the most part the cost of living is higher here). Our neighbors are nice and it is quiet here. The workout facility is pretty nice. It seems pretty safe. Overall I would reccomend it!
