Great, especially for short-term lease

We needed a short-term lease, because we were waiting for our house to sell before puchasing another. We got a 7-month lease that requires 30 days notice and 80% of next month's rent to terminate. Easy. Plus, the first week (end of the month) was free, and first month's rent was discounted. We moved in the day after we signed the lease.
There were a few thing broken or missing a part in the apartment. All my requests were taken care of quickly and properly. I understand this place is under recent new management. All the office staff, and I think maintenance too, live on-site. I think this makes a big difference to the running of affairs.
As to my noise rating, It didn't get 5 stars only because the kids upstars do like to jump a lot. Can't hear talking, walking, or music. Just bangs and the washing machine.
