Awful but stuck on a lease

Upon moving in, I found cat hair all over the carpet floor. Either they didn't clean the carpet well enough or didn't clean it at all. There were bleach stains and brown glue stains on the carpet. There is an infestation of ants and ant hills that goes untreated. You will have to wait 2 weeks to have them send an exterminator to spray your home. But they don't get rid of the ant hills. I called about FIRE ANTS that were crawling along the outside my door, door pane, and wall siding. They did not do anything about it.This place is awful. It's not worth the price you pay for. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.
