I think if you read the last 2 reviews they summed it all up. This place is terrible. I tried to pay my water bill 2 weeks ahead of time and they never posted to the correct month. Now I have to pay my water bill twice for the same month because of the office is to incompetent to do their job right. I could go on and on but if you read the other reviews, I have the same problems they do. This place is awful,overpriced, and underserviced.
