I JUST moved out. Can't say I'm going to miss the place. I was somewhat cool with maintenance, so they got to most of my issues fiarly quickly, but the work they did was still shoddy. When I moved in, I was missing 2 drawers (1 kitchen, 1 bathroom). The lady in the leasing office said that there was shortage on the drawer shipment from South America. Uh, yeah, right. 2 months later, when I finally get the drawers, 1 is new and 1 is old and had something green in it. Yuk! My sink stopped up and they came and used a wet dry vac to free it up, then turned around and dumped all of the contents in the grass right outside the walkway. The door handle broke on my fridge and instead of replacing the handle they stuck a screw in the old handle and that was that. Not acceptable. Also, someone kept breaking open the mailboxes, so I never felt like my mail was secure. I left because they gave me a good rate when I moved in, but when i went month to month they wanted to jack up my rent $200 a month. Maybe that's just customary, but it still sucked to me. Overall, it wasn't horrible since I only paid a $75 nonrefundable deposit and rent was cheap for the area, but maintenance and basic safety issues (poor lighting, open gate, way too easy entry code that never changes) make this a lackluster place to reside. Plus, you can get dsl over there.
