I have not had any major problems with my apartment. I have lived here for 1 year and I have renewed my lease for next year. My lease only went up $5. The office staff is very helpful and curtious. Matience is not the most timely, but not any worse than any other apartment I have been lived in. I have not had any bug problems. The lighting in the complex could be better. The murder does make me nervous, but that could happen anywhere.
