maintenence and management suck

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have lived there for 2 years and the first year I had a 1 bedroom.everything went south when I upgraded to a 2 bedroom.my electric bill for a small 2 bedroom apartment is averaging $290 a month.My a/c unit went out and I told management about it and the basicly told me I was full of it and that there was nothing wrong.I had to hire an outside company to fix it and then send the bill to the main management company to get reimbursed.not to mention the breeze way lights do not come on until after dark so if you get home after dark you need a flash light to see the key hole to unlock the door. Not a good place to live
