When signing for a lease, watch what you do. They hide all the hidden costs on seperate pages.

I am moving. First, I asked for 6 month lease, they gave me 12 months. I signed. My bad.
Second, the gates don't work 1/2 the time.
Third, they don't speak of the killing that took place the summer of 2005.

We didn't find out about the murder until after we signed. Very upsetting. Especially since the lighting outside is so poor.

There have been safety problems here since about 2001 when they started letting anybody and everybody move in here. My neighbor was running some kind of drug operation out of his apartment. I mentioned the suspicious smell to management, but they didn't give a crap.
